Collaboration with Related Organizations
Collaboration with Related Organizations
To promote fair and prompt loss-adjusting operations, we collaborate with related organizations both domestically and internationally, exchanging information and opinions.
Domestic
We collaborate with the General Insurance Association of Japan, a key organization in the general insurance industry, as well as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, construction and civil engineering-related companies and organizations, consumer groups, and universities.
The General Insurance Association of Japan is the organization responsible for administering the Registered Loss Adjuster examinations. Additionally, since adjusting firms handle many general insurance-related tasks, we actively exchange information on various topics, including loss adjusting frameworks, responses to suspected fraudulent insurance claims, and measures for large-scale natural disasters.
International
We collaborate with international loss-adjusting organizations such as the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (CILA) in the United Kingdom and the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (AICLA) in Australia and its territories. Additionally, as the only loss-adjusting industry organization from Japan, we are a partnership member of AICLA's Asian Claims Convention (ACC), which is held annually, and we participate regularly.
